二 | 人民网北京4月19日电 （记者王仁宏）近日，经过136辆总重约5000吨的大货车组的重压测试，中交二航局参建的深中通道伶仃洋大桥完成动静载试验，这是世界首次在全离岸海中超大跨径悬索桥上完成的荷载试验。此前，深中通道中山大桥、非通航孔引桥已完成荷载试验。深中通道桥梁工程顺利通过“大考”，朝着今年6月具备通车条件又迈进关键一步。深中通道是世界级“桥、岛、隧、水下互通”跨海集群工程，全长约24公里。其中，桥梁工程总长约17公里，包括伶仃洋大桥（悬索桥）、中山大桥（斜拉桥）和非通航孔引桥。
三 | 荷载试验是大桥通车前必须经历的关键环节，分为静载试验和动载试验。通过等效模拟通车后的荷载情况，现场测试桥梁各部位的反应数据，判断桥梁承载能力是否符合设计要求和相关规范要求，为今后长期健康监测提供初始数据，也为日后养护、管理的决策提供科学依据和支持。据悉，在最大荷载工况的伶仃洋大桥静载试验过程中，136辆总重约5000吨大货车分批行驶上桥，按照17行×8列的要求停放在桥面预先划定的停靠点，进行分级加载，实测主梁、主塔、主缆和吊索的位移和应变，并与理论值进行比较，从而评估桥梁工作性能。在动载无障碍行车试验中，两辆满载共70吨、相当于约45辆小汽车重量的载重卡车，以每小时10至60公里不等的时速在大桥上匀速行驶，通过布置在中跨中断面的动应变传感器，测试结构在行车荷载作用下的动力反应，分析得到桥梁的冲击系数。“从目前掌握的数据来看，深中通道伶仃洋大桥、中山大桥、非通航孔引桥的实测值均小于理论值，且大部分指标富余较大。这意味着，深中通道桥梁工程不仅通过‘体检’，还可以说是在‘体能达标测试’中取得了不错的成绩。”广东交通集团深中通道管理中心副主任姚志安表示。目前，深中通道的机电、交安、路面、房建附属等工程正在全力推进，为6月具备通车条件冲刺。项目建成通车后，深圳至中山的车程将从目前的约2小时缩短至30分钟内。
